I will edit the post tomorrow with all weight and BF%, As you can see from the stats I have already posted, I am FAT lol, There is no denying or hiding from it, I just have to face it head on, put in the hard work and hopefully get into good shape.

The beginning of my journey

I decided to start writing this blog for several reasons, to show people that it really can be done by anyone, to motivate me on them hard days and to use it as a guide line of my progress.

I know that this is not going to be easy, it's a whole life style change for me. I trained here and there in the past but never stuck to it, I use to go out binge drinking most days of the week and eat pretty much whatever tasted good (diet is going to be my biggest challenge).

I have decided to change my lifestyle because as fun as it is/was I am getting old (i feel it anyway) and if I don't make that change now then I don't know if I ever will. That on top of having had some health issues has woke me right up.

So far I have cut the smoking and obviously the alcohol and have created/attempted to create a diet plan. I am not going to go as far as count every single calorie but I will be monitoring what I eat and how it effects my training, fat lose and muscle growth.

I lead a very busy life at present so this on top is not going to be an easy task, far from it but its now or never right?!?

I will post stats, photos (really embarassing), diet, training routine later on tonight hopefully.

Wish me good luck!!!
